Warranty
All claims must be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only for products where it is specifically mentioned on the product page.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation needs to be done before 24 hours of shipment. Order cancellation less than 24 hours will not be considered. On cancellation, the amount will be given within seven working days.
Replacement Policy
 We donât have any replacement policy; However, if a customer has received a damaged product, they can contact our customer care number at +91 9599913081 within 48 hours of product delivery with complete image proofs of the damaged product. If we find the claim valid, the product will be replaced within ten working days.
Refund Policy
In case a customer has mistakenly paid twice for the same product, the money will be refunded via the same source within seven working days.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
If the order is to be delivered in Delhi NCR, the product will be delivered within two working days. For any other location, the customer will receive delivery within seven working days. If the customer chooses a fast delivery option, they will receive the order within two to three days. However, no responsibility will be taken for any delay of the package as we have no control over the time taken by the delivery channel.
