Shipping Rates: Enjoy free shipping on all orders! We do not charge any shipping or handling fees.
Order Processing: We aim to process and dispatch all prepaid orders on the same day (excluding Sundays). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing occurs after verification with our customers to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery Time: We ship all products via reliable courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, and Bluedart. Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days for metros and 4-8 business days for non-metros. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery depending on your location and courier service availability.
Express Delivery : Enjoy express delivery within 1-2 days for select cities including Delhi (same-day delivery available).
COD Policy:
- Customers must pre-pay ₹1500 in advance for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Our in-house executives will contact customers to facilitate the pre-payment process.
- COD payments are made in cash only upon delivery.
- Please ensure the exact amount is ready as our delivery personnel may not carry change.
- COD may not be available in all locations due to operational constraints.

- All claims related to delayed or damaged shipments should be directed to the respective courier service.
- We reserve the right to refuse COD as a payment option for certain orders.
