Warranty period would last for 1 year from the date of purchase 

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation needs to be done before 24 hours of shipment. Order cancellation less than 24 hours will not be considered. On cancellation, the amount will be given within seven working days.

Replacement Policy

We don’t have any replacement policy, we provide only 6 months warranty of the product. But in case a customer has received a damaged product he can contact on our customer care number +91 95999 13081 but this has to be done within 48 hours of product delivery with the complete image proofs of the damaged product. If we find the claim right, the product will be replaced in ten working days.

Refund Policy

In case a customer has mistakenly paid twice for the same product then the money will be refunded via the same source within seven working days.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

If the order is to be delivered in Delhi NCR product will be delivered within two working days and in the case of any other location, customer will get the delivery within seven working days. If the customer chooses a fast delivery option then he will get the order within two to three days. But no responsibility will be taken for any delay of the package as we have no control on the time taken by the delivery channel.
